Your delivery options

FOR SEM EUROPE TEAMS

You can select "Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park" in the delivery options to collect your order for free at the venue during the event opening dates.

Otherwise please select "Colissimo" for a delivery at home. If you chose Colissimo:

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days after the confirmation of your payment and are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking and drop-off without signature. We recommend you to pay online to make sure that your order is processed in priority. The tracking number is not send automatically, we use it only when the delivery delay seems unusual.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the destination.

FOR SEM ASIA TEAMS

You can select "CHANGI" in the delivery options to collect your order for free at the venue during the event opening dates.

Otherwise please select "Superspeed" for a delivery at home. If you chose this option:

Please contact directly Superspeed representative at lawrence@superspeed.sg. DO not forget to attach your invoice (available in My Orders) so they can liaise with us to get your parcel details (packlist, weight and dimensions) to calclulate your transport fees. Depending on your country of delivery Superspeed will present you the options and Incoterms available. Delivery fees will have to be paid directly to Superspeed.

FOR ALL TEAMS

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
